MY STORY

THE GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS METHOD continues to bring vitality, inspiration, happiness and an absolute feeling of strength and freedom of movement to my body well Above and Beyond any movement practice I've ever known.

Hi, I'm Jaya. I'm very excited to share this wonderful, simply profound method of movement with you. As a Dancer, Kripalu Yoga Teacher -Iyengar, Ashtangta trained since 1991, Vipassana Meditator, Biodynamic Esthetician and Transformational Breath Guide  I can truly say that it gave me ife back better than ever! And continues to supercede my expectations!  I feel I have truley gotten younger...healthier...and I'm excited about sharing this ageless adventure with you!

Rebuilding - Restoring - Rejuvenating

The Body/Mind/Movement connection brings a sense of wellbeing and happiness to you. Thus relieving pain, breathing easier. No matter what your passion, Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis will more freely, golf with more core control, walk with self assurance, or ride with deeper communication,  and dance like no one is watching.  NOT ACTIVE?  If you don't have an active lifestyle I suggest once week can make a huge difference in keeping you fit.  It's really the best exercise for the mature body that I have ever found.

GYROTONIC & GYROKINESIS MOVEMENT METHOD

is a movement system that’s designed to promote the body’s natural ability to move freely, fluidly, and with ease. It’s often described as a holistic exercise method that integrates movement, breath, and mindfulness to enhance overall well-being. Developed by Juliu Horvath in the 1980s, Gyrokinesis incorporates elements from yoga, dance, swimming, and tai chi, creating a dynamic flow of movements that help to restore balance and vitality to the body.
